Milanesa de Ternera/Breaded Veal Cutlets

Harina
6 bistés de ternera
1 huevo batido

Breaded Veal Cutlets
Flour for dredging
6 veal cutlets
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Flour both side of cutlets, then dip into egg mixture made with egg, milk, salt and pepper.
Let excess batter drip off and dip into bread crumbs, pressing bread onto the cutlets. Fry in hot oil slowly on both sides, making sure there is enough oil. Serve and garnish with parsely and small pieces of lemon. Could also be served with a tomato sauce.
