Flan de Platano- Banana Custard

6 plátanos
4 tazas de leche
6 huevos
1 ½ taza de azúcar

Se muele bien todos los ingredientes. En un molde se pone a fundir 1 taza de azúcar, hasta que tome color dorado. Se deja enfriar y ahí se vacía la crema de plátano. Se pone a baño María y se mete al horno a 350 grados por 1 hora. Se refrigera y se decora con turrón (o crema batida) y cereza.

Banana Flan or Banana Custard
6 bananas
4 c. milk
6 eggs
1 ½ sugar

Beat all ingredients until they are well blended. Put 1 cup of sugar into a pan in which the custard is to be baked and place over heat until it melts and turns golden. Tip pan around to coat bottom. Let it cool a while and pour banana custard into it. Put container in hot water bath and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Refrigerate and serve with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
