250 gramos (1/2 lb.) carne de res en cuadritos
250 gramos (1/2 lb.) carne de puerco en cuadritos
Aceite
1 taza de arroz
2 jitomates,
Sal al gusto
Se fríen las dos carnes. Ambos se ponen en un recipiente se cubren con arroz y jitomate finamente picado, se salan y se les pone agua suficiente para que todo se cueza. Se tapa la cazuela y se deja a fuego lento durante una hora.
Meat with Rice
1/2 lb. beef cut in cubes
1/2 lb. pork cut in cubes
Oil
1 c. rice
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Fry both meats in a little oil. Place the both meats in a deep pot, cover with rice and tomato. Add salt and enough water to cook everything. Cover and cook on low heat for one hour.
